February 25, 2013 - Inclement Weather

The weather forecasts are suggesting a very good chance of rain/snow/sleet starting early Monday morning and continuing through Tuesday morning.  The office will be open and we encourage everyone to come in if you can do so safely.  As customary during inclement weather conditions, you should use your own judgment regarding your personal safety, schedule, and travel to/from work.

For those that are present on Monday, please discuss with your supervisor when you are planning on leaving.  We want everybody to be safe.

VPN users, please use the "VPN Instructions for CCTS Users".  Those users who need assistance accessing the terminal server, please contact 3Nines at 405-488-8000, option 2 or you can contact Jennifer Gibson at 405-314-0694 to assist with any difficulties.

As a precaution, we encourage everyone to plan for the unexpected when traveling in inclement weather conditions.  This means filling up with gas, bringing blankets and extra clothing, water, snacks, etc. that you might need in the event you are stranded on a roadway somewhere.

If the roadways are deemed impassable and you are unable to come to work, then you would be allowed to use any vacation or sick time to make up any time missed.

If there are any questions, please feel free to contact Jennifer Gibson at 405-314-0694.
